Job Description
– Construction Foreman – Work as an installation leader on various parts of the pool construction.
– Construction Laborer/Helper – Work on one of our crews to build and install swimming pools
– Construction Crew Leader – Work as an installation leader on various parts of the pool construction under the supervision of a Crew Foreman Si Hablamos Espanol
Responsibilities
Swimming Pool Construction
Dolphin Pools and Spas, Utah’s leading Pool and Spa Builder since 1953 is seeking career minded individuals to join our Construction Team. This is a full-time position and will offer overtime with increased pay during the busy season, Wages based on experience and will continue to grow with time and experience. Benefits after 30 days of Employment.

Qualifications
- Punctuality
- Dedication, Honesty and Integrity
- Good verbal and written English or Spanish Communication Skills
- The ability to learn quickly
- Work well in a team and individually
- Self Motivated
- Heavy Lifting
- Pool Construction or General Construction experience a plus – however it is not required.
- Technical aptitude a plus
- Clean Driving Record
