We first started working on replacing our existing hot tub with Kylie at Dolphin Pools & Bullfrog Spas when we were in town in February. We are upgrading the hot tub at our vacation home and were able to continue to work with Kylie from our full time home in PA based on the information she provided while we were there and that she continued to provide once we were back in PA. We completed our purchase for our new tub in April and are very pleased with the final results. This was primarily due to the communication with Kylie. Dolphin was recommended to me and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new spa.
Great customer service from our initial visit to the delivery. We had a unique location for our tub that was not accessible via crane or standard delivery methods and were about to work out a solution. The jet pack testing allowed us to pick out the specific jets that worked best for our needs. The overall aesthetics of the tub look very nice compared to others. Its great to support a local company and even better when they offer a superior product.
Sales process was great, willingness to work with the customer to do what is right, and to identify exactly what we want. Now, we are anxious to watch the process unfold and have the pool built in our own back yard.
Sales experience at the Home & Garden Expo was great. Chris was very informative, friendly and funny - and all with no pressure. We appreciated the short demo and explanation on maintenance, and how the system has really improved over the years.

We purchased our spa from Bullfrog Spas and they were extremely helpful. Drew took a lot of time to help us choose the one that worked best for us and even came to the house to show us how everything worked, after it was installed. I would highly recommend them!
This is our second major purchase from dolphin, we couldn’t be happier with the entire process. Karen and all of the staff at dolphin have been incredible to work with and exceptionally friendly, patient with zero pressure. The construction crew delivered our swim spa fast, professional, and they took the time to answer all my questions, listen to my dragged out stories and make sure I was completely happy with everything before they left. I highly recommend the entire company to anybody!
They were incredibly helpful and answered all my questions and even tried to help us fix the problem over the phone. But we ended up having a tech come out and our tech Zach was awesome. He answered my thousands of questions and was quick and able to fix our hot tub same day. 10/10 recommend.
I went to the office headquarters of dolphin pools on highland drive today in South salt lake and while I was there I took a look around at the yard out and back where they keep their equipment and materials and I couldn't believe how clean and organized that it was I also seen a couple contraptions that would have made my previous job probably a lot easier and yeah I just want to say that dolphin pools at least their organized they look to be organized their offices almost immaculate and the gentleman that I talked to seemed to have passion about his work and had a very positive attitude. So yes if somebody out there is looking to hire the services of another business I think that cleanliness organization and also a friendly attitude are very big factors in the decision that will be made and I would have to give them a 4.95 Stars for those three attributes
